What is Word Rain?
The Word Rain visualization technique is a development of the classic word cloud that aims to retain the simplicity of the word cloud, while at the same time making it possible to use the text visualization for exploring and comparing corpora.
How to make a word rain
The simplest way to make a word rain is by using our online tool. Just follow the link below and upload one or more documents. This is suitable for:
- Documents where it's acceptable for you that we process them
- Testing out Word Rain
- Documents in (currently) English, Swedish, Finnish, Yiddish
- Documents smaller than 10MB
You can also download our tool and run it yourself. This is suitable for:
- Documents that contain private information
- Customizing Word Rain
- Documents in other languages, or where you want to supply the word model yourself
- Documents larger than 10MB
